Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Pune. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Additionally, the role involves developing employer branding strategies to attract top talent. The Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
