Your role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist will involve leading and managing end-to-end recruitment processes. As the ideal candidate, you will need to have a strong understanding of hiring strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate engagement to attract top talent. Key Responsibilities: - Manage full-cycle recruitment, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates. - Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and business needs. - Build a strong talent pipeline through networking, job portals, and social media platforms. - Conduct initial screenings and assess candidate suitability. - Handle offer negotiations and ensure a seamless hiring experience. - Maintain recruitment databases and prepare hiring reports. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). - Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, job portals, and social media hiring. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines effectively.
