• Use platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Shine, Monster, and internal databases for talent sourcing
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Coordinate interviews and feedback with clients and candidates
• Support hiring teams and ensure a smooth candidate experience

What we’re looking for:

• 0 – 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in staffing agencies or consultancies
• Good communication and client-handling skills
• Quick learner, result-oriented, and ready to take ownership
