Business Development Executive – IT Staffing

Location: Indore (On-site)

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Experience Required: 1 to 3 Years

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Upwork,

Freelancer, and others

Engage in end-to-end client communication, from initial outreach to successful onboarding

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and satisfaction

Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored staffing

solutions

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and documentation

Candidate Requirements

1 to 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in IT staffing or recruitment services

Strong experience in lead generation and bidding on portals

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proven ability in client handling, negotiation, and closing deals

Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment
