Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees to fill open positions and meet company workforce needs. You will play a key and crucial role in building a strong employer brand, ensuring we attract, hire and retain top talent.

Manage the full recruitment life cycle including end to end recruitment, job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, offer negotiations and offer closure to releasing the offer Familiar and conversant with Job Boards like, Naukri/Monster/Indeed/TimesJob and Social Media platform like Linkedin/Instagram/Facebook etc.
Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsCollaborate with department heads to draft and update job descriptions and job specificationsScreen and interview candidates using structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioural questionsLeverage new age technologies such as AI-driven candidate sourcing, applicant tracking systems, and data analytics to streamline and enhance the talent acquisition process, ensuring more efficient and effective recruitment strategyPromote the companys reputation and branding and visibility across the talent community

Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, including preparation of employment contracts and other relevant documentation
Maintain recruitment databases and prepare recruitment metrics and reports to assess hiring process performanceManage end-to-end campus recruitment process from planning to onboarding of selected candidatesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with TPOs & corporate relations teams for effective placement coordination

Ensure all recruitment practices comply with local employment laws and regulations

Stay updated on trends and best practices in talent acquisitions

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience technical resource hiring with proven work experience in Talent Acquisition or similar role
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and complete assigned task within deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, ATS or related software
