As a Talent Acquisition Leader at Sagar Polytechnik Limited, you will be instrumental in propelling the company's growth and success through strategic development of the next-generation leadership and operational workforce. Your key responsibilities will involve: - Leading end-to-end recruitment processes for C-suite and mid-management leadership positions within departments like Export, Sales, Purchase, Production, Quality, HR, and Finance. - Executing full-cycle hiring for roles such as CXO, VP, GM, and other key managerial positions. - Creating and overseeing succession pipelines for critical business functions. - Developing robust talent intelligence frameworks to proactively spot high-potential candidates. - Establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with headhunters, leadership hiring agencies, and industry networks. - Spearheading employer branding strategies to establish Sagar Polytechnik as a premier talent hub. - Collaborating closely with the Managing Director and department heads to comprehend hiring requirements, team objectives, and organizational targets. - Maintaining organized interview scorecards, performance metrics, and data-driven dashboards. - Cultivating an internal talent reservoir to meet future demands and urgent recruitment needs. Qualifications required for this role: - MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline. - Minimum 5-8 years of experience in leadership recruitment or strategic talent acquisition. - Demonstrated track record in CXO or senior-level hiring. - Sound knowledge of manufacturing, industrial, or export-oriented business environments. - Ability to achieve results swiftly, with high quality, and minimal follow-up requirements.
