Join us at Sagar Polytechnik Limited , a leading manufacturer of PVC, CPVC, HDPE, and PPR pipes & fittings, and be a part of our nationwide expansion through government, infrastructure, and large-scale institutional projects. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and track tenders , DPRs, and project listings through portals, newspapers, government departments, and EPC networks Build strong working relationships with EPC contractors, infra consultants, and project influencers Engage with contractors who have won tenders to negotiate pricing, supply terms, and product approvals Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams to finalize quotations and ensure timely delivery Ensure registration and brand approvals in key government and public sector organizations Maintain a healthy sales funnel of institutional projects and follow up till closure Represent the brand in key infra expos, trade fairs, and tendering bodies Prepare monthly reports on active tenders, conversions, and project site developments 📚 Qualifications & Skills Required: Education: BE/B.Tech/Diploma (Civil/Mechanical) or MBA preferred Experience: 5–10 years in project sales or institutional sales (preferably in pipes, building materials, infrastructure products) Strong knowledge of government tendering process, EPC dynamics, and infra project lifecycle Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills Familiarity with tender portals (GeM, CPPP, etc.) and regional contractor networks Self-motivated, field-oriented, and target-driven personality 💡 Why Join Us?
