Are you experienced in driving project sales through EPC contractors and institutional channels?

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively 

  identify and track tenders

  , DPRs, and project listings through portals, newspapers, government departments, and EPC networks
• Build strong working relationships with 

  EPC contractors, infra consultants, and project influencers

• Engage with contractors who have won tenders to 

  negotiate pricing, supply terms, and product approvals

• Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams to 

  finalize quotations and ensure timely delivery

• Ensure 

  registration and brand approvals

   in key government and public sector organizations
• Maintain a healthy 

  sales funnel

   of institutional projects and follow up till closure
• Represent the brand in key infra expos, trade fairs, and tendering bodies
• Prepare monthly reports on active tenders, conversions, and project site developments

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Education:

   BE/B.Tech/Diploma (Civil/Mechanical) or MBA preferred

• Experience:

   5–10 years in project sales or institutional sales (preferably in pipes, building materials, infrastructure products)
• Strong knowledge of 

  government tendering process, EPC dynamics, and infra project lifecycle

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Familiarity with 

  tender portals (GeM, CPPP, etc.)

   and regional contractor networks
• Self-motivated, field-oriented, and target-driven personality
