Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition person to join our team. The ideal candidate is a true champion for top talent and will execute on all hiring goals, leveraging internal and external resources. The one who is enthusiastic with a strong work ethic and able to juggle many competing priorities. We are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for their work and wants to think creatively about how they hire talent. They will be given the autonomy to lead the full cycle hiring processes and partner closely with hiring managers to provide proactive sourcing, networking, and pipelining of all future hires.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and attract the best mix of resources to source top talent using social media, job boards, web searches, referrals, and industry-specific sources.
  • Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate communication, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and candidate profiles for varied technical and non-technical roles.
  • Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels.
  • Manage the post-offer cycle, like ensuring a positive candidate experience between offer and joining, and onboarding.
  • Proactively build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and ongoing relationship management.
  • Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Be the brand ambassador for Reo. Dev, and let the world know about the great work we're doing.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices in software development recruitment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in hiring for a Software startup.
  • Should be an expert in Tech hiring like Backend, DevOps, Frontend, QA, Data Engineers, and Non-Tech hiring like Project Managers, Sales, BD, Marketing, Customer Success, etc, roles.
  • A great communicator (written and oral), with excellent organisational skills.
  • Experience and understanding of hiring for startups.
  • Should be strong in Candidate Search and Screening.
  • Possesses good people skills, including persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Accountable for meeting all hiring targets while ensuring process accuracy/compliance.
