Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Own the entire user experience of the product from first click to power user workflows.
• Design user journeys that are simple, smooth, and built for scale. Reo. Dev is used by Sales, SDR, DemandGen, and RevOps teams, and all have different motivations to use the product.
• Work closely with product and engineering to ship fast and iterate often.
• Talk to users, run tests, and turn insights into thoughtful design decisions.
• Create wireframes, flows, and prototypes that bring clarity and speed.
• You will also own the designs that will be picked by UI engineering teams for development.
• Bring experience from early-stage B2B SaaS, especially with complex user journeys.
  

Requirements

• You have at least 3-5 years of Product Design experience in early-stage tech startups, ideally in the B2B SaaS space.
• Past exposure self self-serve B2B product journeys.
• You have owned significant parts of your company's products from a UX/ product design perspective and have played an important role in owning the product's design experience.
• You are self-driven and don't need supervision.
• You have delivered results independently and collaborated with both product and engineering teams.
