We're seeking a growth-focused designer who can drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth through strategic design interventions that maximize lifetime value across our matchmaking ecosystem. The Role As a Product Designer (Growth), you'll be the design force behind our growth initiatives—obsessing over conversion funnels, user onboarding, engagement mechanics, and monetization touchpoints. You'll combine deep UX expertise with growth hacking mindset, leveraging data and experimentation to design experiences that drive measurable business impact.
