Job Description

Role Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in driving the recruitment strategy and building a strong talent pipeline aligned with the organizations mission and growth objectives. This role requires a dynamic individual who can implement innovative sourcing strategies, enhance employer branding, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The specialist will work closely with hiring managers, leadership, and the People team to ensure timely, high-quality hiring across all functions. The role also focuses on fostering strong internal and external partnerships to ensure seamless recruitment and onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
  • Support and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with team leads and the leadership team to identify current and future hiring needs.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance candidate experience and ensure quality hires.
Sourcing and Recruitment:
  • Implement creative and diverse sourcing techniques across multiple platforms.
  • Screen and assess candidates through resume reviews, initial calls, structured interviews, and reference checks.
  • Build a proactive talent pipeline through continuous networking, events, and partnerships.
  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and advise on selection strategies.
Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:
  • Contribute to building a strong employer brand in collaboration with the Communication team.
  • Design and implement initiatives to ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
  • Create compelling job postings and content for social media and career pages to attract top talent.
Relationship and Stakeholder Management:
  • Maintain strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
  • Support in developing job descriptions, interview guides, and standardized selection criteria.
  • Share regular updates, dashboards, and insights with the leadership team on hiring progress and recruitment metrics.
Onboarding and Market Intelligence:
  • Collaborate with People SPOC and hiring teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
  • Stay informed about market trends, talent movements, and best practices in recruitment to enhance TA efforts.
Salary: The pay band for the position starts at Rs. 125,000/- per month (cost to company) ( The salary offered will be commensurate with the experience and expertise of the candidate)

Requirements
  • Strategic Hiring Mindset: Ability to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and future talent needs.
  • Sourcing Expertise: Skilled in leveraging job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks to attract diverse talent.
  • Candidate Assessment: Proficient in screening, structured interviews, and reference checks, with a focus on quality and fit.
  • ATS & Tech Savvy: Experience managing Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Recruiter) and tools like Google Suite, MS Office, and recruitment dashboards.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to engage and consult with hiring managers, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
  • Employer Branding: Ability to craft compelling job postings and support employer brand efforts in collaboration with communications.
  • Candidate Experience: Committed to delivering a seamless, inclusive, and engaging journey across all recruitment touchpoints.
  • Market Awareness: Knowledge of talent trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices to inform hiring strategies.
  • Process Efficiency: Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple roles, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Onboarding Support: Collaborative approach to ensure smooth transitions from offer to onboarding
