We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with over 4 years of proven expertise in sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top-tier tech talent. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the IT industry, a strong network within the tech community, and a demonstrated track record of recruiting for various roles, from junior developers to senior engineers and leadership positions.

• Utilize multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking events, etc.) to identify and engage with potential candidates, ensuring a robust talent pipeline.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and technical interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies that attract diverse and highly qualified candidates while reducing time-to-fill.
• Stay updated with IT industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to maintain competitive recruiting practices.
• Strong understanding of IT and tech industry roles, skill sets, and requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills with a consultative approach.
• Create and manage schedules, meetings, interviews, and other HR activities.
