Mswipe Is hiring for Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive Department: Human Resources Location: Mumbai (Lower Parel & Juinagar) Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities within our growing Fintech organization. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of hiring for technology, sales, and operations roles in the fintech space and will play a key role in ensuring we attract, assess, and hire the right talent efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment life cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and business needs. Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and employee referrals. Handle bulk and niche hiring across departments like Sales, Operations, Tech, and Customer Support. Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring requirements. Schedule interviews, coordinate with panel members, and ensure timely feedback. Support offer negotiation, onboarding, and background verification processes. Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports. Promote employer branding through creative hiring campaigns and referral drives. Required Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Hands-on experience with recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.). Good understanding of hiring in the Fintech / BFSI domain. Strong multitasking ability with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Excel and report preparation. Goal-oriented with a focus on meeting hiring deadlines. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in the Fintech or BFSI sector. Experience in niche hiring will be an added advantage.
