Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with banks and internal teams for smooth operations Manage and grow banking partner relationships Acquire new banking partners for payment products Customize solutions based on partner needs Conduct market research and define product strategy Track competitors and provide insights Represent Mswipe at events and client meetings Maintain lead pipeline and support partner onboarding Collaborate with tech team for issue resolution and satisfaction Requirements:- 2–5 years in BD/sales in banking or fintech Strong communication and negotiation skills Strategic mindset with sales planning ability Knowledge of banking/financial products Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field Merchant acquiring experience is a plus
