Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic professional for the role of Manager – Lender Acquisition & Alliances. The role requires strong experience in working with Banks and NBFCs, creating business opportunities, and developing long-term partnerships on-ground. The candidate must be comfortable visiting branches, regional offices, credit teams, and onboarding new lenders to scale loan business in assigned geographies.

Key Responsibilities

Lender Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Identify, meet, and onboard new Banks & NBFCs across regions to expand the financing network.
  • Evaluate lenders based on business potential, underwriting policies, serviceability, and operational fit.
  • Lead commercial discussions including payouts, subventions, SLAs, and activation.
  • Drive complete onboarding cycle—from first pitch to PDD/RC process acceptance and go-live.

Relationship Management & Growth

  • Build strong field-level relationships with Branch Managers, Cluster Heads, Regional Heads, Product, and Credit teams.
  • Conduct regular visits, joint business reviews, and strategic discussions to increase business flow and market coverage.
  • Ensure consistent lead processing, faster TAT, higher approval and disbursal ratios.

Business Performance & Reporting

  • Track business KPIs such as lead-to-disbursal ratio, sourcing volume, approval rate, TAT, and documentation closure.
  • Maintain payout sheets, subvention structures, lender MIS, and Monthly Business Reviews.
  • Work closely with internal teams for smooth integration, policy alignment, and operational planning.

Issue Resolution

  • Manage and close loan escalation cases, policy deviations, and operational challenges by coordinating with lender teams.
  • Provide structured feedback to improve business efficiency and conversion rates.

Candidate Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in Bank/NBFC partnerships, auto/tractor loans, fintech lending, or BFSI channel management.
  • Strong experience in field engagement, lender pitching, and partner onboarding.
  • Understanding of loan processes including login, underwriting, approval, disbursal, PDD/RC, and documentation.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and data handling.
  • MBA preferred but not mandatory.
