Alliance Manager

Key responsibilities:

Own the end-to-end relationship with partner universities as the single point of contact.

Manage all day-to-day operational coordination between upGrad and the University.

Conduct regular senior leadership check-ins to proactively identify and resolve issues.

Track admissions, marketing performance, and delivery metrics against agreed plans.

Drive tight coordination with internal teams across content, delivery, student support, and admissions.

Ensure fast turnaround on escalations and remove execution bottlenecks.

Lead governance forums including reviews, performance updates, and planning discussions.

Identify opportunities to expand the partnership scope and upsell new solutions.

Build and execute growth proposals for program expansion and new initiatives.

Maintain high partner satisfaction through accountability and speed of execution.

*Requirements*

- *Graduate/MBA* (Preferably from Premier Institutes) with B2B Sales/ Strategic Alliances & partnerships experience of a minimum of 5 to 9 years in Partnership & Alliances in EdTech/ ITeS/ SaaS/ related verticals.

- *Preference for work experience* in Strategic Alliances - India and overseas.

- *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred candidate profile

*Experience in Key Account Management* is preferable
