Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, located in Bhopal. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee full-life cycle recruiting, manage hiring processes, and enhance employer branding. They are responsible for conducting interviews and effectively recruiting top talent. The role requires close collaboration with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure timely and efficient recruitment.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills
• Experience in Hiring and Interviewing processes
• Proficiency in Employer Branding
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the technology or service industry is a plus
