The role involves day-to-day tasks such as lead generation, team management, and team leadership in various technology segments including Software Development, Digital Marketing, and Project Outsourcing. Qualifications Analytical Skills and Team Management Communication and Team Leadership skills Experience in Lead Generation Strong understanding of technology and software development Previous experience in business development or sales Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or related field Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and supervise a team handling government subsidy applications and compliance activities. Oversee the preparation and submission of government subsidy /grant applications with requirements and deadlines. Act as the primary point of contact with government agencies regarding subsidy Benefits, audits, and policy updates.
