Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Executive with a strong background in Pharma recruitment .

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment across R&D, AR&D, R&D Center,

and Biotech Division functions

Full-cycle recruitment for Pharma positions, including sourcing expert , screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and technical skill expectations.
Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
Conduct technical assessments, coordinate interviews, and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with HR and leadership on workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
