Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at MicroSourcing, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent for all assigned tracks. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the timely and effective completion of the clients" hiring requirements according to the agreed hiring process and turnaround time. Key Responsibilities: - Perform end-to-end recruitment tasks from job posting to offer negotiation to onboarding for all assigned requisitions. - Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and networking. - Screen all applications received from different sourcing initiatives to ensure they meet the required credentials, qualifications, skills, knowledge, and experiences for each position. - Regularly endorse candidates to the hiring manager for review and facilitate communication of hiring updates. - Review, implement, and manage recruitment tools and processes as assigned. - Conduct regular calibration sessions with hiring managers to ensure alignment in terms of candidate profiles. - Facilitate the hand-off process and provide updates on new hires to stakeholders including Operations and Human Resources. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes. - Familiarity with sourcing candidates through various platforms. - Strong communication skills for effective coordination with hiring managers and stakeholders. - Ability to review and implement recruitment tools and processes effectively.
