Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, located in New Delhi. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting, which includes sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing employer branding strategies, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs. The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to attract top talent for various positions within the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
• Skills in Employer Branding and Developing Recruiting Strategies
• Proficiency in Conducting Interviews and Screening Candidates
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in PR or related industries is an advantage
