Role Description We’re looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial, and resourceful professional to join our Founder’s Office. This is a hybrid role at the intersection of business development, internal marketing, basic HR functions, and strategic support. You’ll work closely with the founder to scale new business, build visibility, and support internal operations that power a growing agency. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in business development, marketing, HR coordination, or agency operations. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with excellent organisation. High ownership mindset, detail-orientation, and ability to work independently. Interest in storytelling, brand strategy, or PR is a plus. Solution Focused Mindset.
