Role Overview

We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find and hire exceptional people as we scale. This is a high-impact role where you'll own end-to-end hiring across key teams—from Marketing and Design to Operations and E-commerce. Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to offer closure
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role needs, ideal profiles, and timelines
• Source talent through job boards, LinkedIn, social platforms, and referrals
• Screen and assess candidates for both skill and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and drive efficient decision-making
• Maintain hiring dashboards and ATS to ensure clear tracking and reporting
• Contribute to building a strong employer brand through job content, campaigns, and candidate experience
• Stay updated with hiring trends and apply best practices to improve processes

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience hiring across diverse roles (creative, technical, operational)
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Startup or D2C/e-commerce hiring experience is a big plus
• Driven, organized, and confident in working independently
