Role Overview: You will be a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Madurai, responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and overseeing the hiring process. Your role will also involve developing and maintaining employer branding strategies to attract top talent. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand and fulfill recruitment needs.
