Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across various departments
  • Understand hiring needs by coordinating with department heads
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule further rounds
  • Ensure timely onboarding and maintain recruitment MIS
  • Maintain strong candidate and stakeholder communication throughout the process


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 2 to 3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition/recruitment
  • Experience in the real estate industry is mandatory

  • Excellent sourcing and screening skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment


Education:

  • Any Graduate (MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory)
