End to End / 360 recruitment ( IT Domain) Managing end to end IT Recruitment for Client/Internal to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria. As a Recruiter, handling the entire Recruitment Life Cycle- for all IT requirements right from working on job portals, screening profiles, evaluating, and shortlisting candidates. Screening, short listing, selecting, Scheduling, On boarding handling theentire gamut of recruitment. Sourcing through various job boards, through references as per therequirement specifications. Screening and sourcing the candidate' profiles as per the client / Internalrequirements Shortlisting and ng the candidates through various modes like telephonic screening, technical screening, finally checking the interest level of the candidate towards the firm, and as per the requirement specifications.
