Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist for creative roles such as writers, scriptwriters, producers, and other content professionals. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of creative industries, excellent networking skills, and the ability to identify and attract top creative talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for creative positions — from sourcing to onboarding.
  2. Build strong talent pipelines through networking, referrals, and creative platforms.
  3. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs.
  4. Conduct interviews, evaluate portfolios, and assess creative suitability.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Human Resources, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  2. 2–3 years of experience in creative or media industry hiring.
  3. Strong understanding of creative roles and their skill sets.
  4. Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  5. Proficiency in using recruitment and other sourcing tools.

Good to Have:

  • Prior experience hiring for digital media, production houses, or content studios.
  • Understanding of creative portfolios and storytelling formats.
