About the Role

A Recruitment professional will be responsible for identifying, attracting and securing top-tier talent for all positions within an organization. The personnel will act as a bridge between the company and candidates, managing the recruitment process from initial contact to final offer, ensuring a smooth hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment professional must focus on promoting the company's brand to attract top talent while communicating with candidates.
• Prepare Recruitment plan based upon manpower requirement.
• Develop & identify relevant resources for effective & timely hiring.
• Co-ordinate with HOD to understand their hiring needs.
• Take telephonic round of interview, assess candidates' technical skills, soft skills, and cultural fit with the organization & recommend for next round interview.
• Co-ordinate with HR team for onboarding process of new joiners.
• Maintain record & prepare MIS to maintain accurate data of candidate interactions, interview outcomes, and hiring metrics.
• Support in administration function.
