Job Summary

Talent Acquisition Executive / Lead

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding coordination.
  • Handle bulk hiring as well as niche roles based on business requirements.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions as per SLAs and hiring plans.

2. Sourcing & Attraction

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, campus hiring, and networking.
  • Create and post job advertisements aligned with UnifyCX branding and role requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.

3. Candidate Screening & Assessment

  • Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess communication skills, role fit, and eligibility.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, operations, and stakeholders.
  • Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.

4. Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines.
  • Provide regular hiring updates, reports, and insights to business stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted recruitment partner to operations and leadership teams.

5. Offer Management & Onboarding Support

  • Prepare and roll out offer letters as per company policies.
  • Manage candidate follow-ups, negotiations, and joining confirmations.
  • Coordinate with HR Operations for background checks, documentation, and onboarding.

6. Recruitment Metrics & Reporting

  • Track and report key recruitment metrics such as:
    • Time-to-hire
    • Offer-to-join ratio
    • Source effectiveness
    • Attrition backfill
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS or trackers.

7. Employer Branding & Compliance

  • Represent UnifyCX professionally in all candidate interactions.
  • Support employer branding initiatives such as job fairs, campus drives, and social media campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, hiring guidelines, and data privacy standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education:

    Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in HR preferred).
  • Experience:

    • 26 years

      of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
    • Prior experience in

      BPO / Contact Center / ITES hiring

      is highly preferred.
    • Experience handling bulk hiring and stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced hiring environment.
  • Proficient in using job portals, ATS tools, and MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts if required.
