We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented

Talent Acquisition Specialist

to lead our leadership hiring initiatives.In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing exceptional executive talent within the Technology industry. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of the organization by bringing in top-tier leaders who align with our vision and business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to attract and engage top executive talent, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored talent solutions
  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, assessing, and presenting executive candidates
  • Establish and nurture strong pipelines by building relationships with executive-level professionals and industry networks
  • Collaborate with HR teams and other stakeholders to enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
  • Provide actionable insights and guidance to hiring leaders on recruitment trends, market intelligence, and talent strategies
  • Maintain oversight of multiple concurrent searches, prioritizing effectively to meet hiring timelines and quality benchmarks
  • Stay informed on industry developments, competitor practices, and emerging trends within the Technology field

Requirements

  • 13+ years of total experience, including 5+ years specializing in Leadership Hiring within the Technology sector
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully completing executive-level searches for technology companies
  • Expertise in understanding the Technology industry, its talent landscape, and competitive recruitment dynamics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities to engage with senior stakeholders and executive candidates effectively
  • Proficiency in managing simultaneous executive searches while ensuring consistent quality and timeliness
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices, executive search methodologies, and leadership hiring trends
