Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Mohali

Job Description:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring the best talent across IT and non-IT functions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Planning:

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs across IT and non-IT roles.
  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet staffing goals.

Sourcing & Outreach:

  • Source candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for diverse roles.

Screening & Selection:

  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.

Employer Branding:

  • Promote the company’s employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Represent the company at job fairs and other recruitment events.

Process Management:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring efficiency and candidate satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports.

Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and labor laws.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, including IT and non-IT recruitment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with employer branding and talent marketing.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific recruitment strategies for IT and non-IT roles.
  • Proficiency in data-driven recruitment strategies and analytics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
