Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
  • Create effective job postings on LinkedIn and other platforms to attract qualified applicants.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop strategies for successful candidate acquisition.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-8 years of experience in IT Recruitment or related field (Candidate Sourcing, Screening Resumes).
  • MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any Specialization).
  • Strong understanding of interviewing techniques and salary negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in creating compelling job postings that drive results.
  • Willingness to WFO for 5 days.
