Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Handle client interactions and manage recruitment requirements independently.
  • Work on various hiring needs including niche roles and volume hiring.
  • Use CRM tools efficiently for maintaining candidate pipelines and client updates.
  • Work on SAP-related requirements (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver suitable candidates within the desired timelines.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Proven experience in client handling and managing recruitment independently.
  • Proficient in using CRM and other recruitment tools.
  • Exposure to SAP hiring is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
