Process-driven and ensures that the hiring process is followed properly from start to finish. Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good at negotiation skills to engage candidates and close offers efficiently. Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably handling more tech and fewer non-tech roles. Exposure to competency-based interviewing and use of assessment tools is a plus. Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment metrics. Start-up experience is a Must.
