Job Description

Responsibilities Clear understanding of the entire hiring process and how to find the right candidates quickly. Ability to pitch job roles confidently to candidates. Manage relationships well with hiring managers and other stakeholders. Coordinate interviews and hiring steps smoothly. Building team - 0 to 10x (Tech hiring). Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Skilled in managing data accurately and keeping track of hiring progress. Process-driven and ensures that the hiring process is followed properly from start to finish. Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good at negotiation skills to engage candidates and close offers efficiently. Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably handling more tech and fewer non-tech roles. Exposure to competency-based interviewing and use of assessment tools is a plus. Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment metrics. Start-up experience is a Must.
