Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and screening to interviews and onboarding.
• Work across IT roles and Non-IT (Creative roles like Copywriters, Designers, Account Managers, Designer, etc.).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and creative sourcing techniques.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview schedules.
• Manage candidate experience and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring journey.
• Maintain and update recruitment data and reports.
• Support in employer branding and recruitment marketing activities.
• Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (agency or corporate).
• Experience hiring for both IT and Creative / Non-IT roles.
• Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Strong sense of ownership, organization, and attention to detail.
