Research and identify new business opportunities in the IT space including new markets, industry trends, potential clients, and service gaps.
This role demands full ownership of the business development cyclefrom generating leads through outbound efforts to solution pitching, contract negotiation, and client onboarding.
Engage with prospective and existing clients through virtual meetings, in-person interactions, or calls to understand their IT needs and propose tailored solutions.
Understand and articulate customer needs and propose relevant IT services such as software development, infrastructure solutions etc.
Develop go-to-market strategies and define sales targets to drive revenue from IT consulting and outsourcing services.
Collaborate with technical teams to draft customized proposals and ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, service agreements, and other contractual documents.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project transitions, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.
suggest scalable business development processes.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in business development or sales in an IT services company is a must.
Candidates with a strong track record of IT business development in US or UK markets will be highly preferred
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth areas within the technology domain.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills tailored to tech industry clients.
Experience in consultative selling, particularly in mid to large-scale IT projects
