About the role:

Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist

building our team from the ground up

What you'll do:

• Own end-to-end recruitment

  : Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates for Operations, Annotation, Engineering, and Internship roles

• Build hiring pipelines:

  Develop strong sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, talent communities, and university partnerships

• Drive speed & quality:

  Balance hiring velocity with strong candidate experience and cultural alignment

• Manage onboarding:

  Handle joining formalities, offer letters, documentation, and induction for new hires

• Develop HR policies:

  Draft and implement people policies, payroll coordination, and compliance documentation

What we're looking for:

• 12 years of experience in HR/Recruitment (startup experience preferred)
• Excellent communication & process ownership skills
• Comfortable working in high-ownership environments where priorities evolve quickly and autonomy is key
• Emotionally intelligent, empathetic, and motivated by helping others succeed
• Based in Mumbai (on-site role)
