The role involves end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, for mid to senior-level positions. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across functions. Handle multiple job profiles at once , ensuring timely delivery and quality hires. Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking. Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer discussions. Partner with hiring managers to understand and fulfill hiring needs. Maintain accurate data in the ATS and support reporting. Requirements 4–5 years of TA experience in managing lateral hiring. Strong sourcing and screening skills. Proven ability to manage high-volume or multi-role hiring effectively. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with ATS tools and job boards.
