Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT skillsets and a proven ability to attract and engage top tech talent through strategic sourcing and streamlined processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements and key qualifications.
• Draft and publish compelling job descriptions tailored to various IT positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and niche platforms.
• Screen resumes and assess candidates for both technical and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate offer discussions and negotiate compensation within defined budgets.
• Prepare and release offer letters to selected candidates.
• Manage pre-onboarding formalities and documentation to ensure a smooth joining experience.
• Maintain and update candidate records via the ATS and internal trackers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in IT or technical recruitment.
• Solid understanding of IT roles such as Developers, Network Engineers, System Admins, etc.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub).
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and HR documentation processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
