Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, selection).
• Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
• Address employee queries and grievances promptly.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
• Assist in designing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
• Support managers in setting KPIs and conducting performance reviews.
• Coordinate payroll processing and maintain employee attendance records.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
• Identify training needs and arrange learning & development programs.
• Support employee career growth initiatives.
• Draft, implement, and update HR policies.
• Maintain accurate HR records and HRMS data.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR operations (28 years, depending on role level).
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
• People-oriented and approachable.
• High integrity and confidentiality.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
