Job Description

Technical Support: Provide first-level technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues, and escalating complex problems as needed. Candidate must posses knowledge in Outlook configuration, O365 installation.
Hardware Maintenance: Assist in the installation, assembly, and disassembly of computer components, and troubleshoot hardware malfunctions in desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Network Support: Help with the installation, configuration, and basic maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and cabling.
Software Installation & Updates: Participate in installing and updating software on workstations and gain exposure to operating system installations.
Documentation: Create and maintain records of hardware and network configurations, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹192,000.00 per year
