The role requires the candidate to have experience with full-life cycle recruiting and hiring, strong interviewing and recruiting skills, expertise in employer branding, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Familiarity with the non-profit sector is considered a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required for this position.,
