What You’ll Do

• Drive End-to-End Hiring: Own recruitment cycles for IT, engineering, and business roles across SaaS, B2B, and B2C clients.

• Leverage AI Tools: Use HireVox’s proprietary AI interview, matching, and automation platform to shortlist top talent 5× faster than traditional sourcing.

• Optimize Sourcing Strategies: Experiment with LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, AngelList, and non-traditional channels, integrating AI to surface hidden talent.

• Candidate Experience: Ensure candidates have a seamless experience via AI-assisted scheduling, communication, and evaluations.

• Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, ensuring 90%+ candidate alignment.

• Talent Insights: Use data dashboards and AI analytics to advise clients on pipeline health, time-to-hire, and market talent trends.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house), ideally in tech, product, or engineering hiring.

• Strong grip on Boolean searches, sourcing strategies, and recruitment workflows.

• Curiosity and comfort with AI tools, automation platforms, and analytics.

• Ability to analyze role requirements and align them with candidate profiles effectively.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
