Shape the future workforce with strategic hiring.

We are hiring entry-level Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team and support full-cycle recruitment across global technology functions and business units.

 

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic rounds to assess suitability

Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process

Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards

Support campus recruitment drives, walk-ins, and hiring events

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver quality talent

 

Must-Have Skills

0–2 years of experience in recruitment or internships in HR/talent acquisition

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with sourcing techniques using LinkedIn, Naukri, or other job boards

Ability to handle multiple roles and deliver in a fast-paced environment

 

Good to Have

Exposure to applicant tracking systems (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, or Workday)

Understanding of employer branding and recruitment marketing

Basic knowledge of HR metrics and reporting
