Job Description

Position: Functional QA Experience: 3-5 years Location: Noida Work Mode: Work from Office (5 days) Key Responsibilities:- Understand and analyze requirements to create detailed test cases and scenarios. Conduct functional testing of software applications to ensure they meet quality standards. Identify, report, and track bugs, ensuring timely resolution. Collaborate with developers and project managers to understand and resolve issues. Execute test cases manually and document results effectively. Contribute to improving testing processes and strategies. Perform regression testing to ensure the stability of existing functionality. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of software testing fundamentals and methodologies. Hands-on experience in functional testing processes. Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing life cycle (STLC). Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to write clear and concise test cases. Strong aptitude and logical thinking. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.). Knowledge of automation tools will be an added advantage but is not mandatory. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certification in software testing (optional but beneficial).
