Principal Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsible for quality Control for SAAS product, establish quality strategy, ensure the highest standards throughout the testing lifecycle.

Develop comprehensive test strategies aligned with product roadmap • Define test scope, approach, resources, and timelines • Establish test environments and data management strategies • Design risk-based testing approaches .Collaborate with Product Management, Development, DevOps, and Customer Success to embed quality in culture and processes

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years in software testing with 3-5 years in a leadership/management role
• Strong experience with SAAS products, cloud-based applications, and multi-tenant architectures
• Ability to develop and execute quality strategies aligned with business objectives
• Deep understanding of test automation frameworks, CI/CD, and modern testing tools
• Comprehensive knowledge of functional, integration, performance, security, and API testing.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Knowledge of any RDBMS and basic SQL queries,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Drive a culture of "first-time right release" and zero-defect deployment mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Retail Domain experience.
• AI based Test automation tools like TestSigma.
• Programming languages ( JavaScript)
• Performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling)
• API testing tools (Postman)
• CI/CD tools (Jenkins)
• Certifications (ISTQB Expert, CSQE)
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
