Role Overview: As a Recruitment Executive, your responsibilities will include coordinating with managers to identify staffing needs and determining selection criteria. You will be tasked with sourcing potential candidates through various online channels such as job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks. A crucial aspect of your role will involve planning interview and selection procedures, which includes conducting screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews. Key Responsibilities: - Assess candidate information using the Applicant Tracking System - Design job descriptions and interview questions tailored to each position's requirements - Lead employer branding initiatives and manage a team of Recruitment executives - Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual hiring needs by department - Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role - Experience in Non-IT and leadership roles hiring, preferably for startups - Experience in volume/bulk hiring for Sales roles - Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks - Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations - A B-Tech or MBA in Human Resources Management would be beneficial for this position,
