By staying updated with industry trends and best practices, you will ensure that our recruitment processes align with the evolving landscape. To excel in this role, you should possess 6 to 9 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with exposure to both IT and Non-IT hiring domains. A strong understanding of technical and business roles, proficiency in reporting tools like Excel/Google Sheets, and excellent communication skills are essential. Experience in high-growth environments and a self-driven, collaborative approach will be advantageous.
