Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, your role will involve strategizing recruitment efforts, ensuring timely hiring, and promoting workforce diversity. Your key responsibilities will include: - Sales Hiring: - Collaborating with business leaders to determine Sales function hiring needs and devise sourcing strategies. - Identifying and attracting top sales talent through various sourcing channels. - Selecting high-performing sales professionals in alignment with business objectives. - Diversity Hiring: - Leading diversity-focused hiring initiatives for an inclusive workforce. - Establishing partnerships with diversity-focused job boards, networking groups, and recruitment events. - Implementing best practices to enhance representation of underrepresented groups. - Hiring within TAT (Turnaround Time): - Streamlining recruitment processes to meet hiring deadlines while maintaining quality. - Monitoring and reporting recruitment metrics to ensure compliance with predefined TATs. - Collaborating with stakeholders to expedite approvals and reduce hiring bottlenecks. - Campus Hiring: - Developing and implementing campus recruitment programs to attract new talent. - Cultivating relationships with universities and business schools to boost employer branding. - Managing campus hiring events, internships, and graduate trainee programs. Key Requirements: - 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with a focus on Sales hiring. - Expertise in implementing diversity hiring strategies. - Proficiency in campus hiring initiatives and university relations. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring TATs. - Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills. - Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and data-driven hiring techniques. In addition to the above, you may also be required to possess: - MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification. - Experience in high-volume hiring settings. - Previous involvement in a B2B or B2C sales-oriented organization.,
