As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Siemens, you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring exceptional talent to support the company's growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Full-Cycle Recruitment: - Managing the entire hiring process, from intake to offer. - Collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies. - Establishing and nurturing a diverse pool of qualified candidates. - Engaging with both active and passive candidates through various sourcing methods. - Conducting structured interviews and screenings in alignment with role criteria. - Ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Stakeholder Collaboration: - Working closely with hiring managers to comprehend talent needs. - Providing insights on hiring trends, candidate behavior, and market benchmarks. - Sharing regular updates and feedback with stakeholders and candidates. - Data and Insights: - Tracking hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction. - Delivering reports and insights to business leaders to facilitate data-driven decisions. - Recommending enhancements to enhance efficiency and hiring impact. In order to be successful in this role, you should possess: - 4-8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting. - Demonstrated capability in sourcing, engaging, and hiring talent across various functions. - Strong communication skills and the ability to establish and nurture relationships. - Strategic thinking abilities with exceptional planning and prioritization skills. - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools. - A keen interest in continuous learning and personal development.
